Beating Covid-19

This is not medical advice. If you need medical advice, contact a licensed provider, and please feel free to read this later. This is for informational purposes only. It is only my opinion, not intended to offer medical treatment or make medical recommendations.

  1. Do not fear I say again, do not fear. There is no reason to fear, especially if you are a believer in Jesus/Yeshua. Your home is in heaven. If you live, you win. If you die, you win.
  2. Do you want to get a vaccine? Don’t let anyone bully you, bribe you, threaten you, or otherwise force you into getting the vaccine. It is not risk-free. Your government won’t tell you that. There have been several thousand deaths, and many thousands of hospitalizations and disabilities as a result of receiving the vaccine. Going to take your kids for a vaccine? I’m not an anti-vaccine individual. I got two rounds of it. I’m in a risk group. But please do your homework, there is no long term data on on the effects. There is good data on cardiac complications and fertility issues. Do your homework, and weigh the risks and benefits. Do research from other than government sources. The U.S. and Chinese governments hands are so dirty, including implications in the development of this virus and financially benefiting from the vaccine (alternately NOT financially benefiting from effective early treatment). They cannot and must not be relied upon to provide accurate information.
  3. Test early. If positive for COVID, treat early. TREAT EARLY!!! There are plenty of providers who will treat you early, but also plenty who will just send you home and hope for the best until you get so bad that you need to be hospitalized, and by then it may be too late. If your provider is not willing to treat you early and aggressively, find a different provider. This is no time for provider loyalty. I don’t care how long he has been your doctor. Go back to him later if you want to. Just dump him now. Many providers are stuck parroting party line issued by the government and obediently mandated by their employers. Some providers just innocently believe the party line. This may kill you. I repeat, if your provider does not want to treat you early, lose him.
  4. Have a medical provider who is willing to follow the following protocol in the website https://covid19criticalcare.com If not, contact one of the providers listed herein https://covid19criticalcare.com It takes a little bit of work to find a provider in your area on the site, but be persistent. If you do not have a provider in your area, there are some who will treat you remotely by doing a video/zoom evaluation. DO NOT WAIT. Act now. Much of what you need is available over the counter at a vitamin department or vitamin store. Consider monoclonal antibody treatment early. Blood clots may also be a problem, which something as simple as aspirin can help prevent. Ivermectin and then a steroid should be part of your treatment. If your doctor does not prescribe these, please find another doctor. Do not listen to news reports and even medical providers that may call ivermectin “horse de-wormer”. It is a Nobel prize winning medication and its effective use is covered in the article found at this link: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8383101/
  5. Eat and drink. Do NOT just go to bed and fail to eat and drink. Eat and drink. Eat and drink, and eat and drink some more. Even if you are not hungry and your sense of taste and smell are screwed up, eat and drink, eat and drink, eat and drink. Try to eat healthy foods. Soup, jello, juices are preferable to cookies and candy bars, although this is no time to make major changes in your diet. Eat what you are used to eating and anything you can keep down. If your stomach is upset, consider a medication like famotidine or other gastric medication.
  6. Breathe. Take lots of big deep breaths. Get some balloons and consider blowing up the balloons. This will exercise your lungs, which is one of the primary targets of the disease. Breathe, breathe, and breathe. Lay on your stomach or side, not your back. Keep your lungs healthy. If you have a productive cough, get something to loosen up the fluid (mucinex or other similar medication)
  7. Move, if all you can do is walk around the table, then walk around the table. If you can’t walk stand up and sit back down. If you can’t get out of bed, move your feet, do ankle pumps. Do any movement you can tolerate.
  8. Get a pulse oximeter. It will measure the amount of oxygen in your blood. COVID will reduce your ability to get oxygen into your bloodstream. If your level falls below recommended levels, consult your provider. You may need a steroid or other anti-inflammatory, and something to address blood clots (aspirin or other anticoagulant) as your provider may deem necessary.
  9. Get help. Do not be alone. Your brain will not allow you to successfully treat yourself, unless you are a rare and exceptional individual. You need someone who is a firm believer in item number one above, and willing to take the risk of catching the disease from you.
  10. Prepare for the long haul. Just when you think you got it licked, it can knock you down again. It may take you months to completely recover. This is physically AND mentally. Don’t stop the protocol too early. Stay on the vitamins for months. Don’t let it get you down or depressed.
  11. Get some faithful prayer warriors on your side. And pray for others yourself.
